Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB payments, Elo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. Payment is taken as soon as you place the order, including pre-orders.
PayPal: When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to shechiq.com.
Quadpay: Simply shop and proceed to checkout as usual. At checkout, you will choose Quadpay as your payment method. You will then be directed to the Quadpay website to register and provide payment details. If you are already a Quadpay user, just log in to your Quadpay account. Then complete your order.
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday.
We use DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post & DPD Local for shipping our products locally within the US, CA, AU, EU, UK and internationally. Standard shipping options are available for both local and international orders. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment of duties & taxes.
The cost of shipping will depend on your delivery address and the weight of your order. After entering your delivery address at checkout you will be able to view the delivery options available to you and the costs. You'll receive an email containing your tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped.
GENERAL ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Please note, shipping times do not include the standard 2-5 business days processing time it takes for the order to ship out. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur. These delays are out of our control. Artify My Canvas can't be held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information. You can check the status of your order delivery by entering the tracking number on our Track My Order page.
If you haven't received a tracking number after 14 days, please email us. If your tracking number isn't working, please don't worry. Send us an email and we'll let you know exactly where your parcel is.
Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing. If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, simply email us and we will change it. You will need to provide us with your order number and email address. You can change your shipping address at any point up until you have approved your artwork. After artwork approval, you will be unable to change your shipping address.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Please note that we are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages marked as ‘Delivered’. If the tracking states "ARRIVAL AT DESTINATION COUNTRY - END OF TRACKING, DELIVERY SHORTLY" or a similar message, this is effectively the same as being marked as "Delivered," as sometimes the end carrier does not have the capability to make a final update to the tracking to show "Delivered."
All claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be filed within 30 DAYS of the ORIGINAL ship date. Any claims submitted after this time frame will not be valid for processing or reimbursement due to limitations on when claims are accepted for approval by the carriers.
